We were thrilled to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and the peaceful garden, a wonderful escape after the hustle of city life. The highlight was definitely the unique chef dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients—every bite was a testament to the care put into each dish. Plus, the continental breakfast was the ideal way to kickstart our days of leisurely hiking around Santa Brigida. I also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the Gran Canaria airport, making our transitions smooth and easy.
