Staying at Hotel Rural Villa Del Monte was a truly delightful experience, perfect for unwinding after a strenuous year of marathon training. From the moment we arrived, Sebastian and his team made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. We were thrilled to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and the peaceful garden, a wonderful escape after the hustle of city life. The highlight was definitely the unique chef dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients-every bite was a testament to the care put into each dish. Plus, the continental breakfast was the ideal way to kickstart our days of leisurely hiking around Santa Brigida. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Gran Canaria airport, making our transitions smooth and easy. The cozy rooms, complete with private bathrooms and a charming patio for evening chats, gave us all the comfort we needed.
